Candidate Criteria for the RBI Assistant 2023 Examination:
Nationality requirement: Applicants for RBI Assistant must be an Indian citizen, a subject of Bhutan, a subject of Nepal, a Tibetan refugee (who arrived in India before January 1, 1962), or a person of Indian origin (who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries, Vietnam, or other countries) to set a permanent residence in India.
If an applicant is not an Indian citizen, they must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Indian government in their favor; otherwise, the offer of appointment will be withdrawn.
Age requirement: The RBI Assistant position has a minimum age requirement of 20 years and a maximum age requirement of 28 years. There are, however, age exemptions for candidates who fall into several reserved categories.
Educational Qualifications for the RBI Assistant 2023 Examination:
All applicants who choose to attempt the RBI Assistant Recruitment Exam must have a bachelor’s degree in any relevant area from a recognized university /institute with a minimum of 50% marks. Applicants must have a strong understanding of computer applications.
Applicants must know and be fluent in the official language of the state or union territory in question.

Examination Procedure for the RBI Assistant 2023:
The RBI Assistant exam is divided into three levels. For the final selection, candidates must pass both the Prelims and the Mains examinations. Candidates who pass the Preliminary exam are shortlisted for the Mains exam, which is followed by the Language Proficiency Test. The ultimate decision will be made based on merit.
