The Staff Selection Commission was established in 1975 and is responsible for organizing various competitive exams and one of them is Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination for aspirants all over India.
Candidate Criteria for the SSC CGL 2022 Examination:
Nationality requirement: Applicants for SSC CGL must be an Indian citizen, a subject of Bhutan, a subject of Nepal, a Tibetan refugee (who arrived in India before January 1, 1962), or a person of Indian origin (who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries, Vietnam, or other countries to set a permanent residence in India.
If an applicant is not an Indian citizen, he or she must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Indian government in his or her favor; otherwise, the offer of appointment will be withdrawn.
Age Limit: Applicants applying for the SSC CGL must be at least 18 years old but not more than 32 years old (as of August 1, 2022). Each post has a different upper and lowers age limit. Candidates’ ages as stated on their 10th/12th certificates will be taken into account.
Examination fees: The following are the SSC CGL application costs for various categories in 2022.

Educational Qualifications for the SSC CGL 2022 Examination:
Aspirants must have completed their graduation from a recognized institution/ university. Furthermore, anyone with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is entitled to take the entrance exam. Besides that, applicants should study Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics either as an elective or as a mandatory subject.
Standards for the Physical Test in SSC CGL 2022:

Female | The applicant will have to cover 1000 meters in 20 minutes | The applicant will have to walk 3 km in 25 minutes |
Phases of the Examination in the SSC CGL 2022:
It is held in four phases, Tier I, Tier II, Tier III, and Tier IV respectively. Tier I and Tier II are taken via online mode. Tier III is a descriptive (pen and paper) test and Tier IV is a computer skill test.
The exam is highly competitive and requires all the key elements; time management, strategy planning, precise timetable, and most importantly, selection of books.
