Candidate Criteria for the SSC MTS 2023 Examination:
Nationality requirement: Applicants for SSC MTS must be an Indian citizen, a subject of Bhutan, a subject of Nepal, a Tibetan refugee (who arrived in India before January 1, 1962), or a person of Indian origin (who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries, Vietnam, or other countries) to set a permanent residence in India.
If an applicant is not an Indian citizen, he or she must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Indian government in his or her favor; otherwise, the offer of appointment will be withdrawn.
Age requirement: An applicant must be at least 18 years and not older than 25 years. The age will be calculated using the date of birth listed on the Matriculation certificate or equivalent certificate.
Applicable Fees: The SSC MTS 2023 application fee is Rs. 100. The application cost is waived for those who fall into the SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen categories. Furthermore, female candidates are not required to pay the application fee.
Educational Qualifications for the SSC MTS 2023 Examination:
An applicant must pass Matriculation or an equivalent examination administered by a recognized State Board, University, or Institute.
The examination is organized into two papers:
Paper-I: Computer-Based Test (2 hours)
Paper-II: Descriptive Type (30 minutes)
